- To support IT department, documents problems and actions by completing production logs.
- Resolves problems by answering questions and requests.
- Handle maintenance and operation of our control center system.
-Analyze common issues and take steps to reduce or eliminate them and collaborate with other IT personnel and seek help from supervisors to develop relevant solutions.

Job Requirements

- Age under 30
- Any Graduate
- At least 2 years (More experience is better)
- At least two years of experience as an IT Operator or related role
- Excellent problem-solving skills, reporting skills and documentation skills
- The capability to work well in high-pressure situations
- Great written and verbal communication ability
- The willingness to learn the technical skills needed to manage our control center system, including use of monitoring software
