  • Coordinate multiple software development teams to develop software on time
  • Engage to make the right trade-offs and build relationships with experts and stakeholders
  • Manage budget of projects
  • Demonstrate management talent and test methodologies, and hardware/software integration
  • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools for team

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in team application development (Java preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Good demonstrating in project experience to meet client milestone delivery dates
  • Strong and written verbal communication skill
  • Senior level fluency in technical skill
  • Good communication skills in both English and Japanese N3 and above
