Core Responsibilities and Required Experience
Project management, technical ability, problem solving, and communication are some of the critical skills required for this role. The individual must be able to work directly with users to understand business challenges, interpret requirements, apply available technologies, and implement or configure appropriate solutions. Experience supporting user-facing technologies, training individuals or groups, creating technical documentation, implementation solutions, and systems management are also required for this position.

Essential Functions
· Perform process mapping, needs assessments and analysis for an assortment of business processes
· Manage 3rd party suppliers for more involved configuration needs
· Build reports and/or dashboards associated with data in supported systems
· Evaluate current and potential software packages for satisfaction of business requirements and technical consistency
· Must collaborate effectively with end users and functional business leaders
· Assess audience and communicate effectively with individuals and groups of all background types
· Provide user training for supported systems
· Document all phases of systems/projects within area of responsibility
· Enforce all aspects of the company security policy within their control
· Report regularly on technical output including quantity, quality, and timeliness

Job Requirements

Education and Career Experience Required
· BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and implementing business applications in a hotel and tourism environment
· Excellent questioning, listening, communication skills Including ability to present information gathering process, risks, recommendation, and status in clear and concise manner
· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering a quality product that meets the needs of the organization.
