Job Description

Hardware
- Make and update office computer and peripheral list
- Maintain office computer peripheral equipment as requested
- Liaise with external suppliers for repair of equipment under warranty
- Request quotation from suppliers and find the most performance item in approve budget range
- Provide troubleshooting and updating/upgrading of hardware to office PC
- Assist with and provide support for server
- Backup weekly or monthly importance data regularly and as order
- Collect and Update IT hand-tool list
Network
- Check the internet and DHCP sever at every morning
- Backup network config daily for maintenance tasks
Software
- Ensure the anti-virus software and standard software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all office PC
- Remove software installed by user without approved by IT team
- Provide troubleshooting and updating/upgrading of software on office PC
CCTV
- Check CCTV camera and recorder at every morning
- Inform to manager for any error and change

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree or Relevant Degree Holder
- Must have at least 1 year experience in IT field like cyber cafe and other industry
- Must have knowledge in IT field (Hardware installation, maintenance and software installation)
- Must also be able to work under pressure and overtime
