• Manage Information technology and computer systems
• Develop and maintain server technologies using virtualized operating system
• Manage servers such as Load Balancing server, Firewall and Proxy server, File server, dhcp server, dns serve and etc..
• Manage YA email system in terms of hosting, new email registration and maintenance
• Develop and maintain YA website using hosting and content management software
• Implementation and maintenance of MAPS testing environment as upon testing season
• Maintain and support to Student Information System
• Develop and maintain school report card software system
• Produce transcripts for high school students by using Transcript Software
• Provide networking solutions and implement reliable network system for ease of use in data sharing and browsing through internet and local area network
• Manage CCTV systems
• Keep proper records of IT assets and maintain school IT assets
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Regular backup for all systems and software if necessary
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Monitor system and network performance
• Handle budget and ensure cost effectiveness with efficient IT assets from reliable vendors
• Allocate workload and supervise to IT assistant
• Other duties that assigned by management

• Proven (5) years working experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• B.C.Sc/ M.C.Sc/ B.C.Tech/ M.C.Tech (or) Any graduated with IT related certificate/diploma
