- Handle 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting related to system, network, WIFI .
- Setup, installation, configuration and administration of applications and software.
- Participate in in-house projects with teammates.
- Maintain for IT equipment, tools, software inventory .
- Liaise with vendor and all levels of users, stakeholders .
- Communicate to internal and external parties in order to complete tasks.
- Work with team or independently in fast-paced environment .

Job Requirements

- Must be familiar with Ticketing System.
- Strong knowledge of Network and System.
- Minimum 2 years and above in IT industry .
- Be able to lead, manage helpdesk functions .
- Must be familiar with tracking, updating, monitoring, reporting.
- Sound knowledge of MIS .
- Should be able to work Weekends or OT if it is required.
- Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing and digital products.
- Ad-hoc assignment assigned by HOD and management.
- IT related degree or diploma holder with relevant experience.
- Salary Range is up to 500000 but not limited (Negotiable based on Experience and other skills)
