• Candidate Responsibilities are to deliver the Microsoft Office 365 suite of services process as defined:
• Assist customers of Office 365 suite of services with configuration of service with Onboarding tools and processes technology.
• Assist Office 365 suite of services customers to adopt and increase active use of all entitled workloads using Office 365 suite of services adoption guidance and methodology.
• Develop, foster, and maintain effective customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the Office 365 suite of Service, required tools and products consistently as more features are rolled-out.
• Experience in a client-facing role or in-housing users training delivery.

Job Requirements

• At least 2-4 years total IT experience at End-user or system support Environment.
• With 1-year work experience on any of the following:
- Office 365 product knowledge (Exchange online, SharePoint online, Skype for business, One drive for Business, Yammer, Office Pro Plus, and EMS)
- MS Exchange 2010 or 2013, SharePoint server 2010 and above, Lync 2010 server, Skype for Business 2016, MS Active Directory.
- PowerShell v2 and above,
- Azure AD and Azure Rights Mgmt.
- DHCP, TCP/IP, Networking, DNS Configuration.
- Basic Firewall configuration or Router configurations.

• Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or others relevant field. MS Certifications are helpful and desired.
• Any Good verbal communication skill in languages: Burmese, English will be an added advantage.
• Excellent reading and understanding of English Technical Material.
• Candidates with Project Management experience would be considered for senior position.
