• Field engineer to provide Tier 2 system and network support
• Perform administration and support activities
• System and network installation/configuration
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Participate in oncall process and technical meetings as required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least one or two year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
• Good Knowledge: Server hardware, Domain environment and Server operation systems/ Networking hardware (Routing and Switch)/ Virtualization environment (Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware)
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded, collaborative and an effective team player
