Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Good understanding of Linux command and Basic Shell Scripting Language (Shell Script, Bash Script and etc….) and yum repository.
- Background Knowledge of SQL (prefer for ORACLE DATA BASE)
- Good analytical skill for trace log file in Linux and Window platform applications
- Good implementation and Deployment Skills in Linux platform (web &console)
- Basic Knowledge of Oracle 11g R2 Administration for Real Application Clusters(RAC)
- Perfect verbal and writing communication skill both English and Burmese.
- Must be working with rotation duty schedules (Day, Swing and Graveyard shift with 24/7)
Responsibility
- System and Network monitoring via monitoring tools
- Manage Service desk calls and emails
- Support Level 1 and Level 2 services
- Managing service desk tickets and escalation
- System maintenance and implementation for applications (Both Window platform and Linux)
- Daily and weekly report to Team Lead or Manager

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science and IT Certifications
• 2 to 3 years above of relevant IT field, working experience is more preferred
• Strong Background Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server
• Background Knowledge of MS SQL, My SQL
• Good analytical skill for trace log file in system and applications
• Perfect verbal and writing communication skill both English and Burmese.
• Good knowledge in network architecture and security
• Ability to communicate effectively with users.
• Work independently and as a team member.
• Possess good working attitude and pleasant personality.
• Able to work over-time.
• Good communication skills in English.
