Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printers, scanners, operating systems and applications.
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Talk Stakeholder through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up system or resolve issues, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
5. Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
7. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports support the roll-out of new applications respond within agreed time limits to call-outs work continuously on a task until completion rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
8. Possibly training more junior staff members
9. Stay in Myawaddy , Tarchileike (more prefer)
