Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Perform the deployment and installment of IT hardware, software and services for existing/new suppliers.
• Responsible to generate trips for supplier –making sure all supplier’s trip are available online
• Analyzing supplier issue and addressing them with proven troubleshooting skills and techniques.
• To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters; required to travel to client’s/customer/s premise for training, support and troubleshoot.
• Support clients/customer on company’s product.
• To provide technical support and assistance to remote uses via phone, remote access, email, etc when issues arising.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree at any field.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Documentation, Printer set up, troubleshooting.
• IT knowledge would be an advantage
• Willing travel to other provinces to support clients/customers on IT matters
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and be comfortable to work as part of a team.
• Home based. Five working days per week.
