Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Windows server maintenance task.
• Domain Controller, Group policy, in terms of implementations and administration.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, network, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Write training manuals if needed.
• Train computer users.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for staff seeking help.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor in IT and Computer Science or Diploma in IT or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role at least for 2 year
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies is plus.
• Experience with Active Directory implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network service (VPN, DNS, DHCP and WINS) implementation.
• Must have experience with VSphere, Fortigate firewall, Window server 2012, CCTV system
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
