Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1) Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and software applications.
2) Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; including replacement of parts as required.
3) Resolve IT related queries or requests from guests or staff through a series of actions; face-to –face or over the telephone.
4) Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
5) Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

1) Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relevant certificates.
2) Minimum one year’s experience in an IT role with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
3) Team player who is self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
4) Ability to speak in Myanmar and English languages
