Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and applications software complying with given standards and guidelines
2. To assist all users with any logged IT related incident when called upon
3. To install and configure new IT equipment
4. Install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance of desktops and laptops by providing technical support
5. To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems windows and across a range of software applications
6. Troubleshoot system/applications software and hardware failures and determine network
problems
7. Troubleshoot through phone hardware and software and engage technical resources to resolve
8. Workaround if incident cannot be resolved to Senior Technician
9. Train and guide staff hardware and software usage
10. Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment
11. Other Duties assigned by Manager

• 1. Any Graduate and IT related Certificates
• 2. Good knowledge and experiences in computer maintenance and troubleshooting
• 3. Knowledge and experiences in LAN troubleshooting

• 6. Good personality and well cooperate at teamwork
