• Cooperate the IT department’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, spare parts and office equipment.
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, standards, purchasing, service provision and disaster recovery.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with immediate managers, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
• Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree (bachelors or higher) and/or combination of both education and experiences.
• Strong technical knowledge of data networks, and data management.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Proven analytical, evaluative and problem - solving abilities following a logical approach.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Technical knowledge and expertise of setting up server Linux Cent OS and window server 2012, Web mail hosting, cpanel and website editing (Joomna).
• Networking Fundamental.
• Understanding and skillful in Window OS installation and any software installation.
• Expertise in CPU Hardware and software services.
• Networking print and other printer services.
• Market knowledge of purchasing CPU, accessories and IT tools.
• MAC software installation
• Expertise in File server, Mail server and Backup server (Linux)
