An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Seeking an experienced in-house software trainer to train our staff in Myanmar on the implementation and use of our proprietary software products in Java.

Responsibilities:
- Provide internal IT training sessions to our staff
- Maintain extensive knowledge on our company products
- Help trainee to troubleshoot any issue related to training environment and lab exercises.
- Understand training needs of the company and to develop training plans.
- Keep up to date on Internet Technology.

Job Requirements

- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or similar with at least 2 years’ software development experience in Internet technology in Java
- At least 1 year of experience in software training delivery
- Ability to self-start, manage and administer training programs
- Proactive, creative and results-oriented
- Have passion for learning and training
- Strong communication skill
- Good technical knowledge

Good to have:
- Knowledge of learning management systems including experience in developing online learning
