RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of incidents, problems and change requests according to SLAs
• Reviews incidents, changes, problem tickets to ensure proper process is followed
• Liaison with all necessary parties to coordinate Change process operations and maintain relationships
• Follow-up with Operation Team who conducts the Root Cause Analysis/Post Implementation Review sessions for high visibility incidents and unsuccessful changes
• Familiarity with service management tools for workflow design and requirements
• Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
• Ensures that necessary reports (e.g. Major Incident Report, RCA Report, Post Implementation Review, etc.) are shared with Services
• Automate daily operational tasks to improve efficiency using tools or scripts
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Experience with data analysis
• Strong writing skills including the ability to author process flows and requirements specifications
Desirable
• Knowledge in Full SDLC
• Knowledge in IT Security and Network
• Experience with Scrum practices
• Experience designing and developing dashboards

Education & Special Training
Essential
• Bachelor's or higher Degree in Engineering or Computing
• ITIL Certified

Experience
Essential
• Minimum 3 years of IT lifecycle support and services experience
Desirable
• Experience with ITSM platform migration
• Experience with a CMDB.
• Experience in the Banking is a plus.
