Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Be instrumental in development and implementation of ITSM processes, governance models, metrics, measurements and integration of processes;
•Should be subject matter expert responsible for the daily oversight and governance of YOMA’s ITIL based global ITSM process framework and responsible for monitoring, measuring, enforcing, and continually improving those processes
•Actively engages with and manages multiple service providers to ensure that IT staff and ITSM tool sets are equipped for efficient and effective execution of assigned ITIL processes.
•Facilitate regular operational process reviews and other working sessions with multiple service providers and key stakeholders as required
•Participate in regular in Cross Functional Services group meetings focused on Continual Service Improvement across all ITSM process areas
•Identify and lead the execution of process improvement initiatives related to Change Management and Problem Management
•Regularly review and update Policy, Process, and Procedure documents and ensure all updates are reviewed, approved, and deployed, to include requisite training of all impacted parties and stakeholders
•Ensure efficient and effective integration between assigned process areas and other related ITSM process areas (e.g. Incident, Request, Configuration Management, etc.)
•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
•Deep knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management concepts and principles

Desirable
•Experience working in a professional IT Service focused organization
•Experience with Agile and DevOps principles

Education & Special Training
Essential
•Bachelor's or higher Degree in Engineering or Computing or relevant experiences
•ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate, Lean IT, COBIT, PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications

Experience
Essential
•5 + years relevant experience in the IT industry
•3 + years relevant experience in an IT Service Management role with responsibility for ITSM process design, execution, and continual improvement
•3 + years relevant experience participating in, managing, or leading the development/maturation of 3 or more of the following: Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Continual Service Improvement, Service Level Management, Vendor Management

Desirable
•Experience with developing advanced reporting capabilities for ITSM process CSFs, KPIs, and operational/performance metrics.
•Experience in the Banking is a plus.
