-Fully responsible for general office administration and back office work
-Go to MIC and talk with government staff about imports and exports
-Procedure of documents
-Import procedure with subcontractor
-Instruction to subcontractor
-Creation of invoices
-Exchange of estimates with CL
-Go to bank for payment or money collection
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

-Prefer to have 1 years working experience in Logistics field
-Prefer to have working experience as Admin
-Prefer to have knowledge of Logistics
-Must be conversation level in the Japanese Language
-Prefer to conversation level in the English Language
-Prefer to be business level in the Japanese Language
-MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
