Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Fully responsible for Recruitment Agency operation
-Understand clients business, requirements for ideal talents
-Share and let member know those requirements
-Post recruitment information on a web-site, facebook etc.
-Screen applicants based on clients requirements
-Interview potential candidates by face to face, by phone
-Prepare application documents
-Supervise and train junior staffs
-Conducts reference check
-Coordinate and negotiate with candidates and clients
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

-Must be Sincere, responsible and can get trusted by members
-Must have "Can do attitude" and flexible mindset to various kinds of works
-Must have Willing to develop your career in recruitment industry
-Prefer to have Sales & Customer Service experience is advantageous
-Must have Proficient in MS Word & Excel for reporting
-Must have Conversation Level in Japanese (N2 or N3)
-Must have Conversation Level in English
-Prefer to have Business level in Japanese
