- Ensure to translate or interpret in daily operation
- Deal with suppliers and customers for feedback and complaint
- Compiled information and report of department head for manage work schedule.
- Accompany or guide the customers and suppliers for translate purpose.
- Accompany management on business travels and training schedule.
- Works with management team to facilitate meetings, including preparation and coordination of agenda.
- Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
- Support other executives in a backup role as necessary.
- Any other duties are assigned by QC Manager

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, optional certification.
- Advantage to have experience about QA-QC
- Japanese 4 skills required, equivalent N2 or N3.
- Have strong computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with team spirit
- Accessible to work in Mingalardon Township
