Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

We are looking for experienced Java/Java EE Development Lead to participate in large-scale enterprise level foreign and local software projects.

- Participate in full SDLC of software projects using Java and Java EE technologies and liaise with foreign and local customers
- Prepare and deliver functional and technical documentations according to the adopted methodologies
- Design software quality assurance test plan and oversee the execution of test cases
- Deploy applications to SIT/UAT/Production environment and provide post-implementation support to foreign and local customers
- Ensure that the modules deliveries are according to the specifications and are of high quality
- Manage, supervise and provide guidance to the software development team members
- Any other duties as and when assigned by project manager

*** Salary starts from 10 lakh, and can negotiate depending on qualifications and experience of the applicant.

Job Requirements

- At least Degree Holder, preferably Computer Science related Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in software development using Java and Java EE technology
- At least 2 year of software development team management experience for small size (3 – 5 developers) to medium size (5 – 8 developers) software development team
- At least 3 complete cycle of SDLC
- Strong in Core Java, JDBC, Java EE, Servlet and JSP
- Good Knowledge in Spring and Hibernate
- Equipped with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge in Report Generation using iText and Jasper report
- Experience with Oracle and MySQL database server
- Familiar with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies, UML and Design Patterns
- Experience in version control tool especially SVN
- Able to work under minimal supervision and tight timeline
- Strong technical, analysis and troubleshooting skill
- Written and Spoken English communication skill to liaise with customer and users from foreign countries
