-Able to read technical drawings.
-Record the document and keep with record all site materials .
- Strong interpersonal & supervisory skill.
- Strong sense of interior construction.
- Responsible for watching over the site overall.
- Able to communicate with contractors for necessary area.
- Daily report back to Project Manager for daily jobs done and ideal at site area.
- Safety is a key issue that needs a lot of attention during working at site.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate
-Age above 28 yrs old and Experience at interior site at least 2 years.
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Proven experience as a mall maintenance Engineer will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours/days
- Must be able to travel if necessary.
