Job Description
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting statement, analysis and report.
• Assist Assistant Account Manager in daily banking, cashier and accounting matters
• Report to the Assistant Account Manager.
• Preparing Financial reports
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Update accounts payable, receivable and issue invoices.
• Handle the advance cash, petty Cash and issue cash for office expense.
• Check Cash Receipts and Payments vouchers before released
• Financial information by completing database backups.
• Keeping information confidential.
• Running Banks transactions and reconcile with Banks Transactions at the month end

Job Requirements
• B.A (Eco) or any graduate with LCCI Level (1, 2)
• Must have at least 2 years experienced in related field.
• Must be able to use Advance Excel and Accountant Software
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Excellent communication skills, team work Skills
