Maintain accurate records
● Document financial transactions by entering account information via PeachTree (including loans and interest)
● Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Make and receive payments
● Prepare and make payments (including salaries, reimbursement for credit card payments): verify documents, disburse money payable and ensure receipts of money are documented
● Make payments (including bank payments made on behalf of a company):

Inventory Control
● Check inventory weekly with storekeeper and kitchen crew
● Prepare inventory report for management

Report to management
● Notify management of any anomalies, discrepancies and other matters of concern in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

● Must be a graduate (B.Com Preferred)

● Must be a computer literate (Advance Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

(It's a plus if familiar with PeachTree)
