Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Check and calculate the PV and RV amount with document attachment from Cash Department
• Manage the taxation process for both Monthly and Yearly
• Check and follow up AR transaction
• Analysis AR transaction
• Monitor for Daily AR collection in System
• Review all of Account Receivable Report with sure period for due (e.g. Overdue, Customer Statement)
• Checking Daily Sales report
• Prepare Monthly AR overdue and current Report within 5-days.
• Checking and review staff loan AR Statement and report to DH/GM.
• Checking software running Update (Reporting/Sale/AR/Collection).
• Coordinate with cash team to update bank
• Follow up Money Transfer information from all branch and AR collection Team

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate (Diploma in LCCI Level-I/II)
• At least 1 year experience in the related field
• Knowledge in Financing and AR transaction
• Can use MS office Excel, Word, Power point, page maker
• Knowledge in Financing and AR transaction
