• Execute Trade and Non-Trade payments are processed through Flexcube and SWIFT System
• Perform daily internal and external reports in regards to Trade and Non-Trade payments
• Reconcile daily transactions, check and entry correspondent bank charges
• Resolves customer’s complaint through the identification of problems, suggesting the best solution and following up to ensure resolution
• Confers with customers queries by SWIFT, email, and telephone for Trade and Non-Trade payments
• To reply to customers queries by SWIFT, email, and telephone
