Job Duties:- Assist various office administrative duties including tenancy agreement, banking matters, office insurance, catering and logistics support for meetings and staff activities- Assist for HR functions including staff recruitment, training coordination, FDA license applications, license renewal with professional or government bodies- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the internal systems and procedures- Support renovation and maintenance work for the office and showrooms- To respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise- Assist the update administrative filing documents - Ensure office tidiness and facilities readiness- Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required ( Organico World)
- Self-initiative and able to work INDEPENDENTLY- Minimum 3 years HR or Office Admin experience- Proactive, Cheerful, Self-discipline, Excellent communication skill and willing to work under pressure- Proactive with good EQ, Responsible, Flexible mindset and multi-tasking with a positive working attitude- Proficient in MS Office applications and Burmese World Processing, Excel, PowerPoint - Fair spoken and written English- Fluent spoken and written Burmese
