ATM FLM Support

- Manage multiple ATM in the areas that they are assigned to.
- Engage with ATM Monitoring , SLM team and CIT Team for maintaining working ATM at all time.
- Ensure the branding of the ATM and visibility of the ATM are maintained at the acceptable level.
- Ensure the CCTV installed at the ATM are in working condition.
- Be able to extract the CCTV footage and other Logs at the request of the Central Monitoring Team
- Ensure daily log reports are submitted to the ATM Operation Manager.
- Prepare and submit Daily & Weekly report of the issues to the ATM Operation Manager on the ATM Uptime and Performance.
- Ensure all operations activities are carried out in compliance with authorized SOP.

ATM Monitoring

- Manage multiple Monitoring Tools and monitor the status of the ATM.
- Engage with internal and external FLM & SLM Vendors to ensure timely manner of ATM Maintenance and Uptime performance.
- Prepare and submit Daily & Weekly report of the issues to the ATM Operation Manager on the ATM Uptime and Performance ,
- Ensure all the Communication to the FLM team are recorded during the monitoring call and also during the call to update the issues being fixed.
- Generate the reports to verify the SLM Contracts and FLM SLA with the internal team.
- Ensure all Operations activities are carried out in compliance with authorized SOP.

- Fresh Graduate preferred
