An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organisation and develop short term as well as long term strategy plans
VM Management for respective accounts
Keep track of invoices and payment for respective accounts.
Increase sales performance (efficiency & effectiveness) to improve customer satisfaction
Customer relationship management
Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
Understand after sale service and product knowledge, perform to train staff if necessary
Understand customer insight
Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners.
Working to sales and revenue targets as set by Brand Manager.
Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated/ preferable Economics or Business Administration.
- Should have two (2) years of tertiary education, or its equivalent knowledge, experience, and skill set
- Fluent in Computer Microsoft Office
- Excellent Advanced Excel
- Preferable Retail Market Experience
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Work in a team environment
