- Answer courteously and Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social medias
- Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Manage all Orders via OMS System of Khit Zay according to the processes
