Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accurate data checks
- Coding of open ended responses in English
- Cleaning and formatting data
- Maintaining databases
- Scripting questionnaires
- Conducting statistical analysis
- Keep well informed about project status and take ownership for data processing component of the project
- Do and interpret statistical tests
- Work with data hub to coordinate outsourced scripting
- Keep well informed about project status and take ownership for the project
- Do thorough coder briefings
- Overlaying translation onto English scripts

Job Requirements

Required qualifications & qualities

Technical

- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from university
- 0-2 years experience in market research, data analysis, IT function, programming, database development
- Can use data analysis and processing software such as SPSS, ability to pick up new packages quickly
- Have sense of data management and analysis
- Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
- Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Personal

- Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients, and respond requests and tasks quickly
- Keep files and papers well organized
- Communicate with colleagues in English and Myanmar
- Good in spoken and written English
- Follows through on his/her promises and commitments
- Good people skills, confident and pleasant personality
- Possess ability in logical thinking, analysis
- Fast learner
