Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Work closely with a creative team, media buying team, and business director to maximize clients’ ROI on advertising and promotional activities across different digital media channels
-Manage digital media campaigns diligently across different platforms
-Handle clients’ inquiries on media performance and coordinate information with the relevant stakeholders
-Design and recommend strategies for using certain digital media effectively to acquire and retain customers, increase brand recognition and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Proofread advertisement content before releasing to the public and maintain detailed records
-Continuously analyze and monitor data, think creatively and develop innovative strategies that can help clients’ marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
-Prepare post-campaign reports with insightful analysis
-Be up to date in terms of media channels, algorithm changes, consumer behavior, audience trends and the impact of different methods on Nex’s client's strategies and industries
-Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company

Job Requirements

-Proven working experience in a job post that requires strong analytical and organizational skills
-Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients, and partners;
-Good understanding of the current digital media landscape in Myanmar
-Strong understanding of Microsoft Office/Google Docs for analyzing data, writing reports & making presentations
-Proactive and self-starter
-Capability to work effectively under pressure and deadline
-Previous experience in the advertisement or entrepreneurial background will be a plus
