Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Overseeing building facility work
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities
• Checking drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering
• Depending on the location of the project, need to relocate

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical)
• No experience necessary
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• More prefer candidate possess knowledge of M&E
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
• Must be fast learner in new things/technology
• Ability to work after-hours as necessary
• Extremely proactive and self-managed
