As a ERP consultant, you will manage both internal and external expectations with the purpose of achieving maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You will assist with projects and act as the primary liaison between the customer and our client. You will also identify ways to optimise solutions and deliver added value for customers whilst organising and mobilising resources on both teams.
• At least two years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge on ERP software.
• Proficient in data migration
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and/or production an advantage
• Experience of using reporting tool
• A sound working knowledge of the basic principles of accountancy
• A sound working knowledge of business processes and operation
