Job Description

Provide services to our customers
-Analyze customer needs
-Negotiate the required resources
-Follow and check the development part
-Help with the configuration of the software
-Deliver functional training sessions both in house and on site.(Including materials preparation and documatation )
-Provide ongoing leadership, supervision, support and guidance to account team and software team
-Take part in the functional consulting services we provide to customers.
-Analyze customer’s needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo.
-Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
-Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual sessions.
-Support the sales team during pre-sales.
-Take part in the first line support• Testing and evaluate customization module
-Record and manage problems
-Build good rapport with customers
-Acceptance testing with customers

Job Requirements

-Understanding of C, .Net programming language is an advantage
-Bachelor degree in IT or Economic
-Good knowledge of business processes AND/OR Accounting
-Fluent in English is an advantage
-Communicator and negotiator
-Affinity with the IT world, have passion with technology
-Knowledge of Unix commands is an advantage
