Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. The General Account works under the supervision of the Account Manager. The basic responsibilities includes the collection of all daily receipts, providing change for all cashiers, making weekly bank deposits, and preparing a daily accounting of cash, including the assigned cash floats.
2. Collect and count (with witness) the contents of all daily deposits and report any immediately
3. Maintain petty cash fund and record of disbursement.
4. Control the issuing auditing and return of all house bank along with the paperwork associated. The house fund of Front Cashier, F&B and other casher and register. House fund is the hotels total banks and they are responsible for them. The GC must track all banks and get all documents signed.
5. Maintain log of all house banks and issue banks.
6. Provide cashiers with required change, including extra change for long weekends or special occasions.
7. Audit all cashier’s floats once per week.

1. 2 years’ experience in the similar field.
2. LCCI Level 3
3. Must able to work in Hpa-An / Kaw Thaung.
