*Handle correspondence, telephone contacts, and incoming mail, including confidential materials, in a professional and expedient manner. Administer e-mails, send and forward to appropriate people.
* Conduct market survey and monitor competitors project e.g. rental rates, new tenants and occupancy rate.
* Research & Survey Market, Potential Area and Analysis လုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
*Photocopying, faxing, scanning and file administration as needed.
*Assist the Property & Asset Management Groups with investor reports, budgets, projects and presentation. Organize, research, and gather required
*data as necessary. Provide assistance in preparing materials, compiling statistical information, and other special projects as required.
* Be responsible for a series of processes such as leasing, negotiation and contract signing etc.
* Knowledge in all leasing properties conditions, market rental rates, and other services/facilities in the estate
*Liaise with tenants on renewables, termination, payment and complaints regarding leasing matters
