*Very good willing in Research & Survey, Analysis & Statistic
*Must Have Proper basic management knowledge
* Research & Survey Market, Potential Area and Analysis လုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။ (Can do R&D at anytime or anyplace)
*Dealing & communication people in good way
*Handle correspondence, telephone contacts, and incoming mail, including confidential materials, in a professional and expedient manner. Administer e-mails, send and forward to appropriate people.
*Assist and coordinate leasing and property management responsibilities as they relate to monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
*Assist the Property & Asset Management Groups with investor reports, budgets, projects and presentation. Organize, research, and gather required
*Assist and coordinate leasing and property management responsibilities as they relate to monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
*Set up of Presentation and Preparing business proposal
*arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated/ preferable Economics or Business Administration.
- Should have two (2) years of tertiary education, or its equivalent knowledge, experience, and skill set
- Fluent in Computer Microsoft Office
- Excellent Advanced Excel
- Preferable Retail Market Experience
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Work in a team environment
