Overseeing building facility work
•Setting out sites and organising facilities
•Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followedcorrectly
•Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
•Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
•Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
•Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price ofmaterials
•Depending on the location of the project, need to relocate or complete a lengthycommute

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
•No experience necessary
•Proficient in AutoCAD
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
•Must be fast learner in new things/technology
•Ability to work afterhours as necessary
•Extremely proactive and self-managed
