Scope
Our company is an international company manufacturing packaging for the food and beverage sector. The company is looking for ambitious candidates to work as Junior Operators in our high-tech factory. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethics. Junior Operators will have the opportunity to work under experienced Foreign Management and to have training by foreign technicians.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and control stage activity of production line
• Supervise performance of production personnel and coordinate with production manager
• Ensure compliance with production quality standards and regulation
• Ensure timely product delivery and perform regular quality control
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Perform regular checks on all the equipment and machinery
• Organize necessary maintenance and repair of machinery
• Report day-to-day operations performance , issues and difficulties to production manager
• Perform related duties as required

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Candidates with technical, mechanical or electrical engineering background preferable
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing preferable
• Able to work as a team leader and team player
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Effective communication skills in English or Chinese
• Good communication and social skills with others
• Selected candidate will be required to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone (transportation will be provided)
• Candidate should be between 20-35 years old
