A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Prepare tender submission
• Review all QS quantity take out and quotation
• Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers. Review and approve claims.
• Control budget with procurement
• Preparation and submission of variation Orders
• Reviewing Interior Fit-Out Drawings
• Assist Director in material Selection, Quality & Price negotiations.
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Decoration related field
• Proficient in computer skills & Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• English Communication a must
- Work outside Yangon.
- Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill.
- Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Office Applications.
