Vanguard offer professional consulting services for business process improvement and automation candidate for this role will be responsible for, Interview client and collect business process requirement and map the requirement with business solution and system.
• Design, implementation and support of the business application
• With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners
• Learns to effectively contract with customer, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties
• Learns to apply and integrate current business process into process improvement activities
• Contributes to the completion of specific programs, projects and implementation activities
• Configuration, testing and documentation
• Work with business units to understand business processes and data flows to
support

Skills,Knowledge and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields
• Ability to perform basic analysis and design based on business requirements.
• Ability to partners with business areas and other team members to resolve business application needs and problems.
• Capable of taking client meetings and meeting SLA and support review
• Promotes strong quality practices by performing unit testing and providing appropriate level of support for user acceptance testing, as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Results and deadline driven - must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet
deadlines
• Minimum 2 years of experiences with .NET framework using C# or VB for windows or web development.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences with RDBMS and Querying Language(SQL preferably)
• Experiences in macro or scripting languages and related technologies (Node.js, jQuery, JSON etc.) is preferred
• Excellency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
