Yoma Bank is seeking a dynamic Junior System Associate to join its IT department, EOD Support team-24/7.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Run End of Day (EOD) process on production FBE System everyday follow by check list after all the branches operations are completed.
- Run End of Day (EOD) process on production TI and OPICS Systems every day follow by check list after all respected departments are completed.
- Run End of Day (EOD) process on the testing environments such as UAT, PREX FBE, etc.
- Run Audit Process, take Audit Logs backup and Daily Dump backup every day.
- Test Transaction and Passport/Documents Printing process on FBE System every Monday.
- Check UPS, Servers, Air-conditions Status of Data Center Server Room.
- Check Date and Time Synchronization status between production servers.
- Check Shared Data Mount Points and Storage Sizing Status.
- Backup all the production reports to Disaster Recovery Site every day.
- Monitor and report all the status of VMware Servers, Network Connections, Security, Storage s, etc. everyday.
- Report on 24/7 shift as pre-assigned.

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Strong analytical skills;
- Team worker;
- Adapts easily to new environments and can work with a variety of people.
- Basic computer literacy and moderate English skill.

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Any graduate with great service mindset.
- Preferred with basic knowledge on Banking services and Digital Banking.

Experience
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales positions or CBS related projects

Languages
Essential
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) fluently in Myanmar
- Basic understanding in English language
