Position responsibilities：
1. Follow monthly plan target site and ensure to achieve 100% at the end of
month
2. Take full responsibility of own sites(including SA,CW,TI,PAT,Clean Up and
QA&HS);
3. Coordinate with subcon to achieve and solve site issue if any
4. Push sub‐con to complete related MS as our plan and lead time
5. Submit Quality Checklists, Patrol Checklists and HS Self‐Checklist via EPMS
6. Visit site with customer from SKOM ,Foundation casting,tower erection,PAT
when needed after coordination with them
7. Check and monitor site TI installation and assure quality installation is done
according to SOP
8. Monitor if subcon is following standard PPE and health and safety rules to
finish site work
9. Check if site work is being done according to SDD ,site layout and TSSR
according to scope
10. Check the ability of subcon to do MW and Site integration and monitoring and
train if not done according to procedure
11. Submit site visit report to IM after every site visit along with photos in standard
template provided
12. Check the materials with sub‐con on site,and feedback damaged or lost
materials to IM if any
13. Inspect sub‐con team qualification certificate on site
14. Participate in region training on time,and foucs on personal ability
improvement

Job Requirements

Must hold a bachelor degree in relevant
• Must have at least 2+ years of working knowledge in telecommunication field
• Proactive, capable, willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Fluent in English (Reading and Speaking) and Chinese will be advantage. Good Communication skill is required for this position.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel within the country in a short notice for emergency services.
