Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• To create new relationship with the Key accounts in Myanmar, open the account and cultivate a long term relationship
• To assist the Area Sales Manager in planning and implementing the sales strategies of the assigned Key accounts so as to achieve the Company’s objectives.
• To work very closely with the assigned Key accounts in driving up sales quantity, reacting corresponding to their promotional ideas and matching, to the extent possible, their needs and expectation.
• To prepare and negotiate the trading terms with the assigned key accounts.
• To handle category management with the assigned key accounts.
• To plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the promotional / merchandising activities.
• To analyze and evaluate the sales performance of different kinds of beer in assigned key accounts.
• To analyze the pricing and packaging policies.
• To submit regular reports on sales performance, promotional activities and other related issues to the Area Sales Manager for review and evaluation.
• To visit the market regularly so as to seize the first-hand market information.
• To cooperate with other departments for the smooth operation in key accounts.
• Within a designated area of coverage, to visit the outlets according to the visitation schedule agreed with his supervisor
• To ensure that the outlets carry the prioritised portfolio of SKUs
• To ensure that the outlets maintain sufficient stock levels (on shelf and in storage) to sustain the expected pace of sales
• To propose and take orders for product to enable sufficient stocks to be held
• To ensure cleanliness and operating standards are being maintained in our draught outlets
• To merchandise the outlet according to the standards set
• To handle product and trade complaints in a professional manner

Job Requirements

* Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline , MBA holder will be a definite advantage
* +5 yrs in sales management role ideally in FMCG/beer environment
* Equally confident in English and Burmese
* Access to upper class networks
* Willing to spend evenings and weekends working
