Key Account Manager is responsible for playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Also responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the sales channel. He/She can oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.* Ability to design good, effective customer and consumer-centric activities for brand development.* Good analytical mind and ability to manage problems individually.* Familiar with the concept of RETURN ON INVESTMENT and ability to manage the spends/budget effectively and efficiently.• Ensure monthly sales target achievement.• Set up distributor’s target and monitor sell in, sell out & report to BOD.• Define and prioritize the key-customers base on sales, strategic location and future potential.• Annual budget planning and tracking. • Prepare annual promotion plan base on SMAP (Sales & Marketing Alignment Process)• Manage & set the target for sales execution KPIs (PICOS – NND, TP, PS)• Manage and develop overall improvement for the team.• Manage Promotion execution (before & after sales achievement)• Closely work together with MONT team, Trade Marketing & Marketing for sales execution and the company’s goal.
* Should know how to prepare JOINT BUSINESS PLAN with KEY SUPERMARKET/ CONVENIENCE OUTLET CHAINS.* Should be KNOWN TO THE LEAD BUYERS IN ALL THE KEY RETAIL CHAINS.* Must have experience in related fields* can work under pressure* can take the responsibilities* Should have strong negotiation skills.* Should be a good communicator and ENGLISH IS MUST.* Should be a GRADUATE and preferably with a degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing.* MINIMUM 10Y - 12YRS of experience in sales at LEAST 4 -5 YEARS.
