Key Account Manager is responsible for playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Also responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the sales channel. He/She can oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
* Ability to design good, effective customer and consumer-centric
activities for brand development.
* Good analytical mind and ability to manage problems individually.
* Familiar with the concept of RETURN ON INVESTMENT and ability to manage the spends
/budget effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure monthly sales target achievement.
• Set up distributor’s target and monitor sell in, sell out & report to BOD.
• Define and prioritize the key-customers base on sales, strategic location and future potential.
• Annual budget planning and tracking.
• Prepare annual promotion plan base on SMAP (Sales & Marketing Alignment Process)
• Manage & set the target for sales execution KPIs (PICOS – NND, TP, PS)
• Manage and develop overall improvement for the team.
• Manage Promotion execution (before & after sales achievement)
• Closely work together with MONT team, Trade Marketing & Marketing for sales execution and the company’s goal.

Job Requirements

* Should know how to prepare JOINT BUSINESS PLAN with KEY SUPERMARKET/
CONVENIENCE OUTLET CHAINS.
* Should be KNOWN TO THE LEAD BUYERS IN ALL THE KEY RETAIL CHAINS.
* Must have experience in related fields
* can work under pressure
* can take the responsibilities
* Should have strong negotiation skills.
* Should be a good communicator and ENGLISH IS MUST.
* Should be a GRADUATE and preferably with a degree/diploma in Sales &
Marketing.
* MINIMUM 10Y - 12YRS of experience in sales at LEAST 4 -5 YEARS.
