Report to
- Department Head

Job Purpose
- To supervise and manage in Tendering and contracting processes ensuring completion of
tender documents, bid evaluations, contract negotiation, finalizing contract documents,
contract controls and contract administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Getting tender information and marketing to Government office.
- Supervise the tender process and collates and ensures proper documentation within the
tendering and contract process.
- Acts as liaison between oversea partners and Government office.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of request proposals, client presentations and
contract negotiations.
- To manage teams to develop tenders and bids for future work for the Company.
- Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities.
- Performs other related duties are required.

Job Requirements

Experience & Key Requirement
- Minimum ten years working experience as Project Manager in tendering field.
- Supervision, presentation and marketing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(Both oral and written skills in Myanmar and English Languages)
- Good computer knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Between 30 to 40 years.
