• Exceed sales and profitability goals by executing core strategies, gaining exceptional customers penetration and coordinate with the sales team to drive profits/
• Develop, execute, and market specific sales plans to sell and implement programs with high potential customers.
• Develop annual market sales plan, develop end user account plans, implement core marketing strategies and implement new product programs to core market accounts.
• Identify market and channel trends, communicate new market/products trends and utilize this information to create solutions for our customers.
• Develop and build trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Implement and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and also implementing Trading Term with all outlet of MT.
• Create and generate promotion plan for all customers and implement at MT nationwide outlets.
