Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

I. Training Energy Officers
• Create and adapt training content according to current operations
• Transferring information to the Energy Officers.
• Ensuring that all EOs have been trained with the latest contents regarding tools and
• processes
• Organize or participate to trainings in the field throughout the Easy Buy markets in Kenya
II. Training Call Center Team
III. Training Field Staff
• Ensuring that Sales Managers in the field have the right understanding of processes
and have the tools to approach and resolve urgent EOs issues
IV. Ensure field issues escalation and information reaches HQ
• When encountering any relevant issue or inconsistency in processes or usage of
tools they need to escalate to HQ.
V. Customer experience audit
• Visit customers and understand if they have experienced the sale and customer
service as per our procedures and guidelines
VI. Schedule trainings
• Make sure all EOs receive a refresher training on processes and tools every month
• Schedule the trainings with coordination and help of field sales managers
VII. Directly recruiting EOs together with ASM for new launches
VIII. Support with ad-hoc projects related to field activities of EOs or field staff

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
• 3+ year of training or teaching experience
• Need to have very strong listening skills
• Usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clear and straight to the point communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Burmese
• Clear thinking/problem solving ability
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent issue-tracking and resolution skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes.
